For this recent project, we produced custom folding cartons designed for product presentation and shipping. The focus was on achieving a strong, clean colour finish while maintaining a durable structure suitable for handling and distribution. The cartons were manufactured using 430 micron carton, printed full colour on one side, and finished with a matt lamination. This finish provides a smooth, non-reflective surface while protecting the print from scuffing during packing and transport. The deep solid colour coverage demonstrates the consistency achievable with digital carton printing on coated board. The boxes were supplied flat and pre-creased, allowing them to be assembled quickly and efficiently while reducing storage space before use. This makes them ideal for e-commerce packaging, promotional kits, and short to medium production runs where both presentation and practicality are important. Alongside matt lamination, we also offer a soft-touch lamination option for projects requiring a more premium tactile finish, commonly used for presentation packaging and higher-end retail products. Projects like this highlight how custom printed cartons can combine strong branding with efficient packing solutions, giving businesses a professional and consistent unboxing experience.
