Add a polished, tactile highlight to your brand with Spot UV Business Cards. A clear gloss coating is applied to selected parts of the design, creating contrast against the matt-laminated surface and helping logos, patterns and key details catch the light.
Printed on 350gsm silk-finish card with matt lamination on both sides. Spot UV can be applied to one or both sides and works best on larger, solid design areas. Fine text, thin lines and edge-to-edge UV are not recommended because the finishing process has an approximate registration tolerance of +/-0.5mm.
Finished at 85mm x 55mm with single- or double-sided full-colour printing. Rounded corners are not available with this finish.
Supply print-ready artwork as a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe area. Provide the Spot UV elements separately as solid 100% black artwork, ideally as vector shapes, positioned exactly where the gloss is required.
